Q10 contains ubiquinol, the reduced form of coenzyme Q10, in a stable form from the Japanese company Kaneka. Kaneka QH™ ubiquinol is derived from yeast fermentation and it is a natural product. Q10 has a unique softgel capsule made of fish gelatin, which is colored red using beta-carotene. This protects the ingredient ubiquinol from the influence of light.

Usage

  • The recommended daily dosage for adults is 2 capsules per day, to be taken with a glass of water during or after a meal.
